Every effort is made to dispatch your order for delivery within 24 hours, however at peak periods this delivery time may be extended.
Most items are posted 1st class, although occasionally they may be sent by courier. In addition some orders may be split into more than one delivery. Precise details will be included in a shipment confirmation email.
The postage and packing cost is calculated on a rate per product which is based on weight and size. The actual cost is that which applies to the highest rated product only. So if two products are ordered, one with a postage rate of £2.99 and the other £5.99, the total postage will be £5.99.
Some very bulky items may incur an extra postage cost. You will be advised of this before dispatch.
The costs are appropriate for the UK mainland only.
We are happy to deliver outside the UK mainland, however there may be an additional charge. Please complete your order and we will email you if there is an extra cost.
